    During Inspection:

    • Locate the septic tank and fully identify the disposal area (drainfield or or commonly known as leach field)

    • Open and access the septic tank (as site conditions allow)

    • Evaluate the condition of the tank and its components

    • Perform auger testing in the disposal area to observe subsurface conditions
