Commerce Township Inspector

Commerce Township requires a Time of Sale Septic Inspection before the transfer of any property served by a private septic system. The inspection must be completed by a registered Commerce Township septic evaluator, and the completed inspection form must be submitted to the Township as part of the property transfer process.
